Because this is a fundraiser item, we are unable to accept returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Volunteer Fulfillment

All orders are processed and shipped by dedicated league volunteers. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order—processing times may be slightly longer than typical retail.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though volunteer fulfillment and high demand may extend this timeframe. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your unused and unwashed blanket within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
